Administration Assistant
Central London
To £25,000 basic plus extensive benefits inc bonus, private healthcare, pension
My client is a leading provider of financial advice in the UK and Europe. The focus on this new role is to assist staff with client-related administrative tasks and to help ensure that the office runs in a professional and efficient manner. You will report to the Head of Client Service but will also be guided day to day by the locally based Office Manager. Its an ideal entry into Financial Services or for those already in Financial Services who want to join a firm that can offer progression and variety. The successful candidate will be joining a very friendly and supportive team with lots of opportunity to learn.
Key duties
- Support the smooth running of the office as directed by the Office Manager
- Managing and updating the database as required – includes scanning and sending of client documents
- Printing and collation of client reports and application packs
- Liaising with servicing teams to provide ongoing support with case management
- Ensuring that client facing Advisers and Client Services are well supported in their roles
- Completing adhoc data management projects
- Supporting the Client Services team with email inbox management and task creation
The minimum academic qualification required for this job is any one of the following;
- Diploma from a recognised institution
- Secondary education at “A” level with relevant work experience
- Industry qualification such as the IOC/IMC
