My client has been established for 16 years and in that time no IFA has left (there are 9 RI’s in the company). They recruit very slowly and selectively and with average production levels of £200,000 with a third of this from recurring income. The recurring income % will increase to at least 60% by 2012.

They invest in the very best systems and support staff and offer the right environment for you.

You may be:
• A direct salesman wishing to become an IFA but in an environment you will understand and thrive in.
• An existing IFA running your own business but find yourself too busy running the business to make any money.
• Working for an IFA practice that imposes a restriction on your earnings and autonomy.
