Paraplanning Manager Scotland Salary TBA + a comprehensive range of benefits

My client is a fast growing Wealth Advice business with offices throughout the UK
The company offers fee based, independent wealth advice and investment management services to private individuals, with investable assets in excess of £100,000. They also offer comprehensive employee benefits consultancy and discretionary investment management services to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
As part of a new service structure the company is looking to recruit a manager to supervise and develop a team of paraplanners.
This a key role and will require excellent leadership qualities.
You will need to have or show:
• Leadership skills
• Strong technical knowledge of financial services products
• Experience in a Wealth Management environment
• Effective communication, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of people management practices and procedures
• Understanding of FSA Compliance, Data Protection Act and Anti Money Laundering legislation
• Effective use of Microsoft Office products and Adviser Office
• Organisational skills
• Analytical skills
• Persuasive communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• Ideally have Diploma in Financial Planning
• Working towards Chartered status
