Simon Bean BSc FIRP, Managing Director

 

Simon BeanSimon is a highly experienced and successful recruiter for the insurance industry.

 

He holds a Bsc degree and spent 3 years as a geologist in the oil industry before joining Towry Law as an IFA then moving into recruitment in 1985.

 

He initially worked for Chase Personnel (later bought by PSD) for 2.5 years before being headhunted to set up a financial services division for Interselection (now part of Hays) in the City. He was top fee earner for both Chase and Interselection and became a Shareholding Director in Interselection before he left to run his own company in 1993.

 

Based in Epsom, the company offers full, bespoke recruitment support to a major UK client base specialising in the financial services market place. Long-term clients include amongst others HSBC, MGM Advantage and Friends Provident as well as a number of individual assignments with national and regional companies.

 

Simon is married to Anita, he has two daughters and enjoys sailing and running for Epsom & Ewell Harriers.

Louise Jones Cert (PFS) Cert CII (MP&ER) AIRP

 

Louise JonesLouise joined Recruitment Connection in January 2009 and has a wealth of experience in financial services, from Banc assurance, Sales Support, Pension Review and most recently as a Financial Adviser. With 13 years experience in the financial services industry and working towards Diploma status she is now taking on a new challenge in recruitment. She is also an Associate of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.

 

Louise is married to Adam and has two young children, she spends her spare time with her family and friends and enjoys riding and looking after her horse.
