My client is a very successful Investment focused IFA with a superb working environment. They have an immediate need for an administrator to join their existing team of support staff and assist on the day to day running of the office. Duties will also involve dealing with investment and pension administration.
You will be tasked to provide a professional service to both new and existing clients and assist in the servicing of these clients. You must be able to operate as part of a team, be experienced in diary management and have confidence in your ability to prioritise and be organised with your approach to using an office management system.
Your role will be to provide full support to their advisers which will include the submission and processing of new business, providing an ongoing service to clients to include obtaining illustrations preparing paperwork for client meetings and ensuring that all information is available for appointments, as well as maintaining the back office system, dealing with client queries and producing annual reviews.
Someone with admin experience, if finance related great, but if not it’s not a deal breaker so long as you're organised, have good time management and have dealt with clients before.
