£40,000 to £50,000 + benefits
My client is a long established Chartered Financial Planning practice and are looking to recruit a key member of staff to work along-side a small team of Chartered Financial Planners and support staff .
Reporting directly to the Partners, the Operations Manager will be accountable for the refinement and continued development of the operational aspects of the business required to deliver the company’s continued growth plans.
The role involves engagement with all aspects of the business from back office and investment services through IT and third party providers, to compliance, marketing and HR. They will also have responsibility for the design and maintenance of processes and systems to drive continuous efficiency improvements and ensure clients receive an outstanding customer experience.
You will require relevant experience of working in an IFA practice at managerial level and have very strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate is anticipated to be someone with an enquiring mind who is familiar with the challenges faced by growing businesses. Aptitude and the ability to make a positive difference is expected. Proven experience to identify areas which could be improved and implement new processes as necessary, with the ability to manage change
This is a hybrid role but the majority of the time must be in the office and could be part-time / flexible.
