£30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience and qualifications + benefits
My client is an established practice offering a full financial planning service to a large established client base. The company now wishes to expand the Sales Support Team by recruiting a paraplanner who will set up and deliver a research and report function for the company’s IFA’s.
- Ideally qualified to Diploma level or close to.
- Office based although would allow some working from home – maybe a couple of days per week.
- 2 years + experience as a PP, with experience of writing reports, engaging with clients and conducting research.
- A user of IO would be great and they also use O&M Profiler for research.
You should have planning ability and a bias towards thinking through the legalities of the advice rather than just product knowledge. You should also have good written and verbal skills. You must have good telephone manner and a commitment to offering outstanding customer service.
